Our first mortgage foreclosure clinic was held in early 2009, with over 250 free legal assistance clinics held since then.
As a part of the HOPP network, NCBA has assisted tens of thousands of homeowners, and prevented dozens of foreclosures over the life of the project.
NCBA aims to speak your language. Translation is available upon notice and request; staff are fluent in Spanish and Creole.
NBCA has a table in Nassau Supreme Court in Mineola, Monday-Thursday when settlement conferences are held. We can represent you at your conference and refer you to appropriate HOPP resources for your particular situation.
